KEERAI THOORDAL KOOTTU WITHIN 15 MINUTES Items required Siru keerai = 2 bunch Turmeric powder = 1 pinch Salt = as required Asoefatitda = 1 pinch Dry chilli - 3 Tomato = 1 Garlic = 10 (cut to small pieces) Mustard = 1/4 spoon Jeera (Cumin) = 1/4 spoon Small onion = 10 Split Gram Lentil (Thoor dal) = 100 grams (thuvaram paruppu) Oil = 2 spoon Procedure : 1. Boil thuvaram paruppu along with turmeric powder. 2. Place a kadai in a stove pour oil and put mustard, jeera and after fry put garlic pieces. 3. Add chilli, onion and saute it well. 4. Add cut tomato and mix it well. 5. Add the sirukeerai which is cleaned and cut well. 6. After spinach is boiled add the grams (thoor dal) . 7. Saute it well till it boils. Add little water if required. 8. Off the stove after boil. How to make then mittai in home Items Required Idli batter = 1 cup sugar = 1/2 cup cardamom = 2 color powder   Rice powder = 2 spoon Oil = 100 ml Procedure 1. Put a pan in stove and add sugar, and a cup of water, and break the cardomom and put in it make sugar syrup. 2. In a separate bowl add fresh idli batter along with color powder and mix it well (no watery form, make hard batter) 3. In a kadai pour oil. Make balls from the batter just made and fry on this oil. 4. After boil, place it in sugar syrum and soak well. 5. After well soaking, you can eat. 6. IN A COOKER POUR GHEE AND OIL. AFTER HEATED ADD PATTAI, CLOVES, CARDAMOM AND CASHEWNUTS AND FRY THEM. 2. ADD ONION AND SAUTE IT. 3. AFTER HALF BOILED, ADD GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER, MINT LEAVES AND MIX WELL. 4. AFTER WELL SAUTED, ADD HOT WATER CLEANED MUSHROOM. 5. SAUTE IT WELL SO THAT WATER IN THE MUSHROOM WILL COME OUT. 6. AFTER THE WATER IS REDUCED, ADD CLEANED AND SOAKED RICE TO IT. 7. ADD COCONUT MILK WHICH IS EXTRACTED FROM COCONUT CRATE. 8. FOR 1 CUP COCONUT MILK ADD 1 CUP HOT WATER. 9.
