  DIWALI ROASTED GRAM BURFY SWEET Items Required Roasted Gram dal = 1 cup Cardamom = 2 Coconut crated = 1 small cup Sugar = 1 small cup Ghee = As required Baking soda Method of Preparation 1. Powder the roasted gram dal and elachi and keep aside. 2. In a kadai add sugar and water and make sugar syrup. 3. Add rasted gram powder little by little and mix it well. 4. Add ghee as required. 5. When you get halwa type add coconut crater and mix well. 6. Add some baking soda. 7. In a plate apply ghee or oil. 8. Put the boiling mix and flatten the surface in the plate. 9. After cooling cut the mix into pieces.
